The huge oil and gas deposits in East African region if managed could be an important driver of economic development, a recent survey says. The report titled “Oil Governance in Uganda and Kenya” is born out of a study undertaken by UNEP-WCMC for the MacArthur Foundation, from November 2013 to May 2014 and updated in
