Tanzania said it is meeting executive officials from giants Royal Dutch Shell, Statoil, Exxon Mobil, and Ophir Energy to commence negotiations on basic understanding of hosting government agreement for the new gas plant. Zambia picks interest in Uganda’s oil refinery

Zambia wants more information about Uganda’s plans to build a 60,000-bpd oil  refinery that’s already attracted interest from four regional neighbors.
