Egypt’s production of natural gas increased by around 20.64% year-on-year (YoY), reaching 3.437 million tons in March 2018 compared to 2.849 million tons in March 2017, Egypt Oil & Gas reports. Statistics published by the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) reveal that consumption of natural gas in Egypt rose by around 9.3%
